I think this is the best show so far for this season of American Idol. Really loved some of the performances. Though there were some major upsets too.
David Archuleta forgot his words. Biggest mistakes a person could make on the show. Sang terrible. It should've been his night with a slow, good McCartney-Lennon song like Yesterday, but no, Simon had to tell him to try an upbeat song.
Kristy's attempt to change her song into a country feel might just get her booted from the show this week.
Loved Chikeze Eze tonight. Was very good at improvising the song arrangement. He got drunk on stage and gave his best performance of the season.
Brooke took it risky by singing Let It Be and playing the piano, did well.
David Cook is the best guy on stage. Simon said if this show was based on pure talent and not on popularity, he would've been on his way to win.
Carly finally found the right song, and damn she was good tonight. Perfect song for her voice and style. More of this kinda song Carly!!!
The rest were just ok and forgettable. Ramielle was boring, so was Jason, David Hernandez, and Syesha. Michael Johns and Amanda was a lil better than ok.
Verdict: bye Kristy. bye sweet pretty and hot Kristy. You will be missed but not your country song.
